3. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order means you agree to purchase products for personal use, not resale.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

  • We accept major payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD, where available).

  • In case of payment failure, your order may be canceled automatically.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We process orders within 1–2 working days.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days within India (remote areas may take longer).

  • International orders may take 10–15 business days, depending on customs and courier delays.

  • Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only). COD charges may apply.

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/Email.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only if initiated within 7 days of delivery and the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after quality check.

In case of disputes, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
